Delete account

We will miss you!

If you cancel or delete your C&A account, we will delete all the data stored about you in both the online shop and the C&A app. The deletion of your account does not automatically extend to any existing order processes and the saved personal data relating to your order (see Section 8 of the Privacy Policy: For how long will my data be stored?).

Please note that you must unsubscribe from the C&A newsletter separately. To unsubscribe from the newsletter, you can click the unsubscribe link in any of our C&A newsletters or use our contact form.

The deletion of your C&A account is irrevocable and may take several weeks. You will receive an email once the deletion of your account is confirmed, and again once the deletion is complete. Until the deletion of your account is complete, you cannot use the same email address to register for a new C&A account.
